Advantage Home Health Care is the only agency in our area to offer the HomMed telehealth daily monitoring system.
We can offer the option of monitoring your health status on a daily basis.
Each day, the monitor will collect clinical data such as: heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, temerature and weight.
The data is transmited to our offices where our clinical staff will review the results.
The system has been particulary effective at reducing emergency room visits and repeat hospitalizations.
